With the economy weak and the stock market jittery, President Obama's Gallup daily approval rating has dipped to 39 percent -- the lowest yet recorded, while his disapproval rating reached an all time high of 54 percent.
No president since Harry Truman has been reelected with approval ratings this low, this late into his first term.
